Spent the first 6 weeks of the new year underwater....Went first to La Rasscasse (northwestern Sulawesi) and between bad weather and a flooded D300/105 lens had a pretty non-fruitful time during the first week! My friend Eric from Singapore came to my rescue and lent me his D300 and 105 lens for the next 5 weeks!! What a wonderful friend.... I would like to return to this area during nice weather--I think there is a lot of good macro!
